PRIMER PLUS is a polymer-based primer designed to reinforce substrates with
a weak and powdery surface.
After drying it provides good adhesion to adhesives for tiles, self-levelling
products and cement-based waterproofing products on all the absorbent
substrates normally used in the building industry, reducing their absorption so
that the products applied later on do not lose their moisture content too quickly.
